“This was my husband and my first bike ‘tour’ and it was more than I imagined it could be! We were given a brief Croatian history lesson, a thorough briefing of our tour and the bikes before we got started. The routes were well marked on the App provided. It was a fantastic way to get into the nookes and crannies of the Dalmatian islands. As this was a self guided trip we were able to go at our own pace. We stopped often to take pictures or to simple enjoy the picturesque views!! This was our first but definitely not our last bike tour!!” Less

“What a lovely way to get to know Holland. Our guide, Arie, was excellent - warm, knowledgeable, funny, and kind. The chef, Emile, was fantastic. I didn’t expect such delicious, thoughtful meals. He accommodated everyone with a smile, and was extremely helpful.
The cycling days were just right - a good mix of countryside, small towns, canals, and windmills pretty much every day. Arie was patient with the group and made sure everyone was comfortable. Staying on the barge was convenient, since it meant we could unpack our things.
The barge experienced some mechanical challenges, but the captain and crew were responsive, positive, and communicative throughout. I don’t feel it negatively impacted the tour.” Less

“Our local agency provided the best customer service I’ve had in three European bike trips. They gave great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, communicated daily and solved problems quickly. We were self-guided, but they rode with us out of town in our first day, to make sure we got on the right route. The hotels were terrific, route was beautiful,
the Portuguese people were charming and welcoming.” Less

“Starting with the ancient beauty of Albarracin, through the pine forests, red rock cliffs, orchards, and rolling hills, the scenery was often spectacular. And at each latitude a different array of wildflowers. There was some construction on the trail that created a challenge but seems that is part of biking. The issues we encountered on the route could have been better addressed with clear communication. We spent an extra day in both Valencia and Alberracin. I would suggest a day break halfway through the trip also. Segorbe would be a good choice. A little R&R after the 40 mile day. Breakfasts and hotels were great. The bikes, we had ebikes, were a little beat up. Had some trouble with the chain slipping on one bike, the battery didn't last the full 40 miles on the other and the pedals were locking up on the last day. A chain cleaning cloth and some lubricant would be helpful in the tool bag. All in all an adventure with far more moments of awe than hassle.” Less

“This was a fun, diverse, and educational biking experience which taught me a lot about the history and culture of Frankfurt. From the get-go, Simon was an energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic guide who led me across one of Frankfurt's famous bridges and immediately began divulging the history of the city (he was born and raised in the suburbs). As one of Germany's 'newest' cities (having been badly bombed during WWII), Frankfurt has 19 out of 20 of Germany's tallest buildings and is nicknamed 'Mainhattan' because of its skyscrapers.
Between the newer buildings, the banks (which make Frankfurt Germany's financial center), and the parks, Frankfurt has a lot of beautiful architecture that I enjoyed visiting, from the cathedral to Goethe's house, the Town Hall to the Opera House.
Simon was friendly and clearly knew his stuff when it came to the city. The e-bikes were fantastic quality.
I would highly recommend this tour to those wanting to get to know Frankfurt from a local perspective - it's perfect for discovering Frankfurt's architectural gems.” Less
