Fabulous trip!
Tulip Tour - Bike & Boat Holland's Famous Tulip Fields
Excellent vacation travelling on meandering paths through farm land. Cheese and tulips! Perfect tour. The Iris barge was great. Had everything we needed. The crew was very attentive to our needs and the bike guides were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Best done with an electric bike.

So much fun!
Holland’s Southern Relax Tulip Tour
What a lovely way to get to know Holland. Our guide, Arie, was excellent - warm, knowledgeable, funny, and kind. The chef, Emile, was fantastic. I didn’t expect such delicious, thoughtful meals. He accommodated everyone with a smile, and was extremely helpful.
The cycling days were just right - a good mix of countryside, small towns, canals, and windmills pretty much every day. Arie was patient with the group and made sure everyone was comfortable. Staying on the barge was convenient, since it meant we could unpack our things.
The barge experienced some mechanical challenges, but the captain and crew were responsive, positive, and communicative throughout. I don’t feel it negatively impacted the tour.- What was the date of your tour?

A different view of Italy!
Venice to Mantova by Bike and Boat (and reverse)
We took this adventure Mantova to Venice and we are glad we did. Mantova is lovely and has a very long bike trail that comes from much farther to the North and West. Our biking around the lakes and along the Po and Adige rivers basins was very pleasant and comfortable on dedicated bike trails with very little elevation gain, mostly on bridges or overpasses for short distances. This is our kind of trip, nature, no stress, stops in interesting places. The guides were fantastic: thanks Francesco and Stefanya! The boat was very well cared for and comfortable and the dinners were rave worthy. The only thing I'd change--skip the rain which we had for 3 of our bike days.

Dalmation Coast, Croatia Boat and bike - a unique experience!
Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
What a wonderful way to see this part of Croatia!
It was a unique experience for us. I liked the combination of an active component to the holiday and cultural experience. Living aboard a mechanized sailboat while exploring some of the Dalmation islands was a great way to combine sightseeing with accommodation. The bike and tour guides, as well as boat crew were wonderful and did all they could to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour.- What was the date of your tour?

Always a fan of Croatia for biking!
National Parks of Dalmatia by Bike/E-bike and Boat
The Boat & Biking along the Dalmatia coast and islands was wonderful. As it was October, the weather was perfect, sunny, warm but not hot with chilly mornings but we warmed up quickly once on the bikes. No rain, lucky us. The views are dramatic and various towns the boat stopped at charming. This was our second boat and bike trip in Croatia. Can't say enough goods things about the country except "Go and experience it!" Our boat was comfortable, food delicious, crew very pleasant and helpful, e-bikes worked well and last but not least the two guides were absolutely fabulous. A great trip.

20th Anniversary Trip
Cultural Splendors of the Peloponnese and Saronic Isles E-bike and Boat
Our expectations were exceeded. We knew we would love to see the countryside this way, and indeed it was fabulous to see the more remote areas that most tourists never experience. And the staff blew us away. I felt so cared for. Every need was accommodated. The staff had such a positive attitude which is noteworthy for how hard they work. It made it a really special experience that we will cherish.

Amazing experience!
Greek Island Adventure by Bike and Sail
What an incredible trip! The team on board was fantastic — always thinking ahead and making everything smooth. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the cabins were super comfy and spotless.
We cycled 20–60 km a day, exploring stunning views of Greece — olive groves, crystal-clear sea, quiet roads, and amazing beaches you couldn’t reach on foot. Morning yoga helped stretch our muscles and get ready for the day.
The food was incredible — never the same twice, with choices between fish and meat, plus fresh berries, fruits, and treats. Highlights included lamb and langoustines. October was perfect — great weather, gorgeous nature, and peaceful towns. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves cycling, nature, and the sea!

Fantastic Trip

I have been on several bike and boat tours. This past week on the ship Running on Waves was certainly a cut above. The ship was immaculate, staff was over the top helpful and catered to everything we could possibly need. Our bike guide Alex was excellent and our rides beautiful, challenging and interesting. 5 + stars.

The instructor Alex was excellent with the great knowledge of e bikes and the routes troughs the amazing sceneries of the Greece islands.

I was incredibly impressed by the itinerary. Beautiful islands, a wonderful guide who shared such interesting facts about the sights, history, and archaeology.
He showed us the most interesting spots on the islands. And he planned the routes in a way that was comfortable for everyone—both for those who move a bit slower and for those who prefer a faster pace. The whole group was full of enthusiasm.We covered between 20 and 60 kilometers every day. We had scenic coffee stops, went for swims, visited an olive museum, temples, and historical places—spots where the average tourist doesn't set foot, which was very important.
After that, we had a great time on the ship. The crew entertained us with various activities, like climbing the mast, culinary masterclasses, knot-tying workshops, ship exploration, a tour of the engine room, visit to the bridge.
We all became friends, exchanged phone numbers, and really hope to return again and again for new routes. It was absolutely fantastic!🤩 recommend to everyone!!
