Brugge to Amsterdam Bike & Barge Tour 2026
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Fluvius (and reverse)
What an incredible experience. This is a fabulous way to see places, many others may not get to experience. It is go, go go, but I would definitely recommend this type of trip to others. Our Chef on board the Fluvius was top notch. The crew and our captain were also amazing and very accommodating. I do not know how anyone could leave the ship without lifetime memories and new freindships.

Absolutely Awesome
Paris, Bruges and Amsterdam: Premium Bike and Boat
Our first boat and bike trip and it did not disappoint! Perfect for couples or a small group of friends, this was a luxury trip, outstanding food and accommodation and wonderful guides. This boat has 16 cabins (32 passengers max), they will split the group into 2 for an easier bike touring experience. Nothing was difficult, pace was around 17 km/ph, a little slow if you are a regular cyclist, but if your partner isn't, then it's perfect.

Brand new Magnifique!
Paris, Bruges and Amsterdam: Premium Bike and Boat
First, if any of you have done a boat bike tour on a Magnifique, this one is next level. (My wife and I have done several on the other Magnifique boats) The ship was only completed in April and they have outdone themselves this time. The food, the rooms, the open air bar, roof deck (lighting at night is amazing) plus if you book a suite it opens to the water. A support van meets you midday for snacks or lunch; staff was amazing, could not recommend this tour enough. Also, if you get to Bruges climb the Belfry tower (book ahead)...it's worth it. Same goes for checking out the train station in Antwerp. It is a cathedral of transportation and I've personally seen quite a few train stations in Europe.

stunning ship, staff, rooms, and vibe...

Can’t recommend this ship and route enough! The food was outstanding every day, and the support van available along the route was a thoughtful touch that gave us extra peace of mind. We loved both the bikes and the cabins—they were comfortable, well-maintained, and made the entire experience feel effortless.
The cycling route was beautiful, with a wonderful mix of charming towns, scenic countryside, and memorable stops along the way. The crew was friendly, organized, and always willing to help, making the trip feel relaxed from start to finish. This was one of those vacations where every detail came together, and we’d happily book another bike and boat tour again.

Glorious holiday!
Paris, Bruges and Amsterdam: Premium Bike and Boat
From the moment we stepped aboard, we knew we had chosen the right trip. The ship was comfortable and welcoming, and the cabins were surprisingly spacious and well designed. The bikes were excellent and made each day’s ride enjoyable, whether cruising through picturesque villages or beautiful countryside.
One feature we especially appreciated was the support van along the route. It was reassuring to know help was available if needed and made the trip accessible for riders of different abilities. The meals were another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and something we looked forward to after every ride. Between the outstanding crew, great accommodations, and incredible scenery, this was an unforgettable vacation that we would recommend without hesitation.

Holand with friends anf family
Best of Holland South: Canals, Windmills & Historic Towns
This was a great exerience! 2 families with teeangers, and we all had a great time. The rides on Holland are very easy, all flat terrain, navigation is very simple.
The ride is great but on the fort 2 days it does follow a lot of car ways, so you do get to pedal a log time next to hignways and roads in very long straight lines. Our first trip in Austria the cycle paths did go well into forests, and areas where you could only cicle or walk, with lots small little paths that made it very unique as you did feel that if you where not in a bike you would had never seen those areas. Never the less this was beautiful, and it did get better every day, scenery, riden a small ferry, and moni adventures like taht that actually makes this ttip more fun. All very well organized, hotels were on the top end and all where really great, charming, great locations once you were in the actual city or town, which these were all amazing! We added going oof the path and having lunch on the actual beach on our last day, and that was great! It made us really appreciate all sort of terrains in Holland. Great biking tour in the cute town of Utrecht
Utrecht City Bike Tour
We had a great experience with our guide Rafael. Even with some of our group being not so experienced with biking, the tour was doable and we were mainly on quiet streets. It was an excellent way to see places further than where we had energy to walk. And a bonus, we tried one of the worlds best ice cream! I would highly recommend this tour, you get insights into the city history and you experience the present way of life of the cycling town. Even on a hot day thistour was enjoyable.

The trip follows an interesting route along canals and through small towns. It avoids roads for the most part following bike paths. There are ALOT of bikes on the paths so you need to pay attention.

Nice Trip Overall
Amsterdam – Gouda – Bruges by Bike and Boat
Whilst this was a very easy cycling trip, but for us it was a real eye opener as we had never travelled to The Netherlands or Belgium before. It was great to the way the Dutch and Belgians have set up the communities to survive against the ever present threat of inundation. The countryside is beautiful and the way communities are set up is fascinating. The old towns and cities have their own style, different to Spain and Italy, so if you are interested in the old buildings and windmills, you won't be disappointed.
The entire staff on the boat were excellent and meals were superb. Companionship within the cycling group was also very good.
The only thing that was a little off-putting were some changes to overnight mooring spots over the course of the day on a couple of occasions. It didn't bother us that we had to cycle an extra few kilometers, but some cyclists were not used to travelling longer distances, so struggled a bit. I'm not sure why there was this uncertainty, but it took a little bit of gloss off what was a very enjoyable tour.

We cycled with Bram and had a great time! Very informative and lots of lovely places! We visited some of the spots afterwards. The view on a city is always different when you learn a bit about its history. 100% recommendation!
