Super trip! You have to do the experience
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Magnifique II (and reverse)
C’est un voyage extraordinaire. Incroyable je le recommande fortement à tout le monde qui a envie de s’amuser de se reposer tout en faisant du sport . on faisait en moyenne 58 km par jour parfois moins. Nous avions des arrêts tr’es intéressants. On avait le choix de faire des court ou long parcours . Je ne suis pas la personne très en forme mais avec un E-bike j’ai pu suivre mon mari et tous les autres sans problème. Cherche la batterie le soir et en cas de besoin durant le trajet, il y a toujours des batteries de recharge que les accompagnateurs ont avec eux. En plus on visite des endroits magnifiques. Cela a été une merveilleuse expérience et sincèrement, les employés sur le bateau ont été merveilleux . Tous étaient souriants et aimables. Le capitaine nous a invité à aller faire un tour dans la cabine de navigation très impressionnant. Il était vraiment gentil.

Great way to see Rhodes!
Rhodes Sunshine or Sunset E-Bike Tour
We enjoyed our e-bike through Rhodes. Cristos was a great guide and kept us safe. The bikes were comfortable and easy to manage. I would recommend this tour if you want to get a fun overview of the city. We were able to see so much more than walking.

Leaders and group made this a magical experience
Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
Not only did we have an exceptional trio of guides with us, we had an unusually small group which made usb bond so much easier. Loved getting to know the others on our boat, the Romantica, and travel around the beautiful isles of Croatia. I started off with a regular bike, able to manage the hills fairly easily, but always coming in just a bit later than those on e-bikes. There were some extra e-bikes and we decided on Day 4 to give it a try, and I was sold - it THEN became a vacation!! I didn't mind the effort pedaling uphill the minute we got on our bikes in the morning, but after pedaling on an e-bike, it's just so easy - and I didn't use the "help" that much, but when I wanted it, it was there and I didn't have to struggle at all! Sooooo nice!

Really great first trip
Dolomites to Trieste via Lake Bled at the Foot of the Julian Alps
Highlights:
- Handy navigation app that usually seemed to work well.
- Really neat variety of hotels with absolutely ridiculous breakfast spreads. Dinners at the hotels were also incredible.
- Staff were very helpful when they could be - this includes rental shop, phone contact, and transfer assistant staff.
- I'd estimate about 60-70% of the route was on dedicated bike trails that were wonderful to bike on, especially compared to terrible US bike infrastructure.
Lowlights:
- We did not use navigation features on the app, just used it as a reference map. As a compulsive mapper, an easy way to export GPX/route info from the provided app would have been appreciated. I was able to download GPXs several weeks in advance, but the routes on a couple of days ended up extremely incorrect and misleading.
- It would have been helpful to have general guidance or resources on alternatives in the event of bad weather. We got fairly lucky on the timing of some heavy rain, but it definitely caused some anxiety.
- Nova Gorica and Trieste were kind of awful and hectic to navigate, but I don't know how you'd avoid them.The route was gorgeous and mostly easy. I'd recommend taking the long and hilly routes to Bled and Trieste if you're physically up for it. As an enthusiastic cyclist, it was hard to adjust to the heavy and clunky rental bikes (obvious solution: bring your own bike) and I can't say we'd have tackled any mountain passes, but they were comfortable and well maintained. I felt like we definitely got value for what we paid and I'd recommend this trip to anyone who wanted an intro to easy touring!

60th birthday celebration
Enchanting Cyclades and Saronic Islands
I felt like a kid again, riding through amazing landscapes, swimming in the sea, sleeping under the stars, and laughing tell it hurt while playing games on deck. Our guide was charming, engaging, accommodating, and hilarious and the crew was attentive, friendly, and fun, constantly scanning the conditions to ensure our route was safe and enjoyable. The food was delicious; abundant, varied, and authentic. And I met fabulous people with whom I continue to share my travels. This was a life changing trip.

Absolutely Wonderful!
Along the Rhône River from Geneva to Lyon
I had a terrific time on this tour. Everything was extremely well organized, from orientation at the beginning of the trip, to the daily route navigation, and luggage arrival at accommodations. The scenery was beautiful, and each town and hotel had a lot of charm! Highly recommend.

Solo and Sublime
Lake Constance Bicycle Path
My first longer bike trip and I was a solo 59 year old woman in Europe. I loved it. The scenery, physical activity and options for exploring all the wonderful cultural aspects Europe has to offer was a perfect balance for me. The hotels were all nice and more than 1/2 were really excellent. The bike was well equipped and in top shape. I had only one day of rain but the public transportation is so amazing and bringing your bike is not a problem I had no worries. I would recommend this trip to all my friends. If they are not very active I would recommend the electric bike it is a perfect option.

Disappointed that the route of the trip was changed ( took the same trip 8 years ago )
Bikes - loved the e bike , the company has to have better maintenance program I almost ran into traffic going down the hill the first day of the trip
Emergency number - called to get assistance x 3, only got one call back

A cultural deep dive
Lake Constance Classic (11-nights)
Our second Bike Tours trip and this one was as enjoyable as the first. Of the four of us two are experienced bikers and two are entry level. To balance things our two entry level people had e-bikes (and they did better than us!)
This trip has a good balance of riding and events and if you add to that the dinner package the pressure of finding the right restaurant after a long day in the saddle goes away (especially one of your party is a Coeliac)
The inclusion of vouchers was a great addition to the package and were well thought through by the team as were the hotel selections (1st & last day the hotel provided a lounge area for early / late arrival which was unavoidable due to long haul flight schedules)
If you are prepared to explore a little on the journey then getting a little lost is all a part of the day. There are always friendly locals who will help you to get to the next town, that was our experience.- What was the date of your tour?

2nd Bike and Barge trip
Altmühl Valley and Danube River
The beginning was not as picturesque as one would have hoped. The small towns were quaint and the guide Ilsa was great. She was very knowledgeable about each town and stopped at points of interest along the way. We were vegetarians and the food was somewhat lacking. The room on the barge was nice and the bathroom a good size.

A superior trip[
Apulia - Heel of Italy
The region offered so many fascinating aspects of the unique culture of Apulgia. This was enhanced so greatly by our tour guide Paolo Maragliulo. He was from the region, had an amazing sense of humor, and was patient and understanding. Our accommodations were in keeping with the uniqueness of the locale. It was, however, concerning that the bikes were not in good condition and many of our group struggled with bike problems. Additionally I found the planning process difficult due to not receiving emails that others in your group received. Three times I tried to correct this and it never was resolved.

Best of Holland South: Canals, Windmills & Historic Towns
Love cycling a country. It is the best were to see the countryside and interact with the locals. Holland was wonderful, but missed the peak tulips by about 2-3 weeks. Museums in Amsterdam are a must.

I feel lucky!
Tulip Tour on the Magnifique II, III, & IV
It was a privilege to travel with your crew on the Magnifique Iii! The accommodations were very comfortable, and the food was spectacular! I was on a standard bike at 64+, and was proud - and a little sore - riding the “ long route” each day, We were lucky with the weather, and had splendid views of the tulips. I suggest, though, that you consider having two guides per groups of twentyish cyclists. Volunteer “ sweepers” did not provide the confidence of safety one would prefer. This trip goes through some urban areas where those of us unfamiliar with biking protocol in the Netherlands felt unsafe, and one of our guides, Marcel, provided rather sketchy directions and then proceeded through an intersection or roundabout rather cavalierly. Many of us on the trip were over sixty, and the possibility of an accident was very real and scary - indeed, two people in his group had falls the first day, and one did not get on a bike again for the rest of the trip. Please consider adding secondary guides, even if that means raising prices. Finally, a shout out to Cori - so well - informed about culture and history, so patient with our questions. I would follow her anywhere. I wrote a poem commemorating the trip which I shared with Captain Peter - please feel free to use it.

Nice tour through some of the less visited islands near Athens.
Enchanting Cyclades and Saronic Islands
Nice relaxing boat tour to less visited small islands. The crew that ran the boat was wonderful and the food was very good. The boat itself was very nice, so nice you had to take your shoes off when getting on the boat. Some cabins had problems with mosquitoes at night when trying to sleep. The terrain on the islands was mountainous so the E-bikes were very needed. Very Scenic roads. little traffic.
The schedule of what islands you visit does change depending on the weather. One thing I did not like was that the riding most days did not start until 3:30 pm. this was in Oct. and it stared getting dark before the ride was done a couple of times and theses bike had no lights or reflectors.- What was the date of your tour?

Excellent Trip
Best of Slovenia: Highlights Across the Country From Bled to Piran
We chose the unguided version, using the Guibo Ap on our cell phones. Definitely worth bringing an extra power bank, as the power available on the cell, was our only concern in terms of getting from A to B. Sometimes the Ap, if there was a criticism, was almost 'too detailed' ie) a slight turn might be described in so much detail, that you think you are to do a much larger turn. Overall a very helpful ap and it corrected our direction a few times. The sites we saw from Bled to Piran 10 Bike Day Bike Tour were amazing and the distances were well planned. You did have to do some cycling on major roads at times, but the drivers seem quite used to cyclists. I recommend taking hotel upgrades when available, as we did not do this, but definitely wished we had, when it came to seeing Ljubjana and staying closer to the city. We felt all the hotels were what we expected (we had chosen a mid-range trip) with 1 major exception, that was a three star hotel. We also felt there were at least two stays that were excellent or above a mid-range feel, one with beach views and another with wine tastings. The country is amazing with views and greenery everywhere you look. At times reminding us of the Alps and at others like our home in BC, Canada and then finally the unique beauty of the Adriatic seaside to enjoy at the end. Our Electric Bikes were excellent, my chain came off twice but we got it back on and my husband ran out of brake fluid on the very last day. There were friendly, helpful people in all hotels and bike shops. We would all highly recommend this trip to others. Take an extra day in the City and by the seaside if you can. We also appreciated that help was only a phone call away at all times, we felt very safe and well served.

Nice Biking, Some Hotels Could Be Better
Salzburg Lakes Tour: Around the Lakes within the Foothills of the Alps
Loved the rides and scenery. Ebikes performed adequately but had noticeably less power than new bikes we'd used the week before on another tour (Dolomites to Trieste). After a long day of riding, ending at a nice hotel is a must. The Mondsee and Salzburg hotels were great. Others not so much. Paying extra for the single supplement and ending up in a tiny room with a twin bed was disappointing. One was on the the 3rd (US 4th) floor, there were three daddy longlegs around the window, and the elevator was broken. Guests should have been assigned rooms on a lower floor or sent to a hotel 7 km away in St. Gilgen. Be aware that most hotel staffs go home between 10-11 pm so no front desk presence overnight.
